On December 7-8, as part of a collaboration, representatives of the International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA) and the management team of the ReGen clinic network from Turkey arrived in Azerbaijan, and the official opening of the ReGen Stem Cell Center took place. On December 7, the official opening ceremony of the ReGen Stem Cell Center at Leyla Medical Center was held, followed by a training program. On December 8, a practical session was conducted, after which participants were awarded international ISSCA certificates.
The training program was conducted by invited specialists: Dr. Maritsa Novas from the USA, Professor Dr. Serdar Kabataş, Professor Dr. Melih Sezgiç, Dr. Erdiç Çivelek from Turkey, and the head of the ReGen Stem Cell Center in Baku, neurologist and stem cell specialist Dr. Aytan Aliyeva.
