Official Statement Regarding the Death Incident at Leyla Medical Center
We inform that on July 26, 2022, at 15:48, a patient — a citizen of Saudi Arabia, Muteb Almadui Saeed — was brought to our center by an ambulance team. He had been receiving treatment at another private medical institution. His condition suddenly worsened. Upon initial examination, the patient’s condition was assessed as critically severe:
• Consciousness was soporous,
• Skin and mucous membranes were extremely pale,
• Breathing was rapid (tachypnea),
• Blood pressure was 34/16 mmHg,
• Pulse rate was 106 beats per minute.
The patient was immediately admitted to the intensive care unit, and intensive therapy was initiated according to his condition. However, despite all medical interventions undertaken, at 18:45 the patient experienced cardiac arrest, and at 19:10 biological death was recorded.
Note: In connection with this incident, Leyla Medical Center notified the relevant authorities, and all necessary measures were taken.
