Infertility Center for Men and Women

Infertility is one of the common problems in today’s world and can be caused by various factors in both men and women. Approximately 40% of infertility cases are due to male factors, 40% to female factors, and 20% to a combination of both. At Leyla Medical Center, we diagnose and treat this condition using modern medical technologies and highly qualified specialists.
Male Infertility
The diagnosis of male infertility is comprehensive and multifaceted. The following examinations are conducted:

• Medical history collection (lifestyle, past illnesses, genetic factors)
• Examination of both partners, assessment of the woman’s fertility
• Physical and instrumental examinations
• Sperm analysis — checking sperm count, motility, and morphology
• Hormone level determination
• Detection of urinary and genital tract infections
Genetic disorders may be one of the causes of male infertility. These are identified only through in-depth diagnostics. The most common genetic syndromes include:

• Karyotype 46 XX
• Karyotype 47 XYY
• Y chromosome deletions
Female Infertility
The diagnosis of female infertility aims to identify problems causing infertility. Factors that can contribute to female infertility include:

• Tubo-peritoneal factors (connection between ovaries and fallopian tubes)
• Endocrine (anovulatory) problems
• Uterine problems and related conditions
• Cervix issues
• Tumors of the uterus and ovaries
• Endometriosis
• Uterine developmental anomalies
Methods of instrumental diagnostics for female infertility:

• Ultrasound of the pelvic organs (blood flow assessment using Doppler)
• Ultrasound of the thyroid and mammary glands
• Mammography (less commonly used in women under 40; ultrasound is preferred)
• Hysteroscopy — used to identify adhesions, polyps, malformations, and other uterine issues
Modern methods are used to treat infertility in both men and women. We strive to offer each patient the most appropriate treatment, taking into account their individual characteristics.
