Should a mother with coronavirus stop breastfeeding?

If I have been infected with COVID-19 or think I may have been infected, should I continue to breastfeed? ➖ Yes, you can continue to breastfeed while taking the necessary precautions. These precautions include wearing a mask (if available), washing your hands with soap and water or using an alcohol-based hand rub before and after contact with your baby, and regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces that come into contact with you. Breastfeeding can only be stopped if the mother has a high temperature.
